- DRIVER'S AGE REQUIREMENT: At least 21 years old for car rental and 18 years old for bike rental.
- DRIVER'S LICENCE: Driver must have a valid license aged at least 12 months.
- MINIMUM RENTAL DURATION: One day.
- GASOLINE: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
- TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets during rental period are at the renter's expenses.
- INSURANCE: Our insurance is 100% FULL without any self-risk. It includes the following coverages:
- Third Parties for death, injury or damage to property.
- Collision Damage Waiver. No liability for damages to the Action renter car even if the accident caused by renter's fault, by purchasing CDW
- Tires, Glasses, Mirrors, Scratches and damages under the car.
- Theft and Fire protection for the whole value of the vehicle
- Personal Accident Insurance for the driver and the passengers for injuries or death
- DELIVERY - COLLECTION: Free of charges to/from Hotels, Heraklion airport and all Crete.
- MANY FREE EXTRAS: Baby seats, Maps, Roof Racks and Helmets are free of charge.
